This introductory one-day workshop includes an overview of what mindfulness is, an explanation of the science and evidence base, plus guided meditations and an opportunity to find out why it can help you to master your thoughts and feelings, rather than be controlled by them.
You will also be given advice about how to continue with the practice after the day.
